Katrina Evacuees: Time is Up

Tomorrow, Katrina evacuees will have to pay their own hotel bills. While some people we overheard made immediate plans in the wake of the disaster, others have waited for the inevitable. Unfortunately, waiting for the inevitable causes yourself more trouble in the longrun because you're not in charge of your own life. If these people hope to build a life, they will have to do it themselves eventually.
