Saddam's Torture Chambers & Kurdish Culture

Here's a great link via Anchoress to Michael Totten, who is over in Iraq doing great reporting. Saddam nearly succeeded in wiping out a culture. He tried. Some of the pictures are just beautiful. The one that struck me most was the lights and mirrors on the Kurdish home.
