If it's good enough for Winston Churchill, maybe you should consider it too. Like me, Churchill was a night-owl (trying to change that, sorry Winnie) and took naps during the day to make up.
Napping, a short, twenty minute affair refreshes your brain, recharges your adrenal glands (I'm not including sleeping upright during meetings. You must be horizontal.) reduces swelling, and just is an all-around good thing.
Make your day, especially a Sunday, better. Take a nap!
