- Babies learn over time. They prefer the predictable in unpredictable environments and prefer the novel in predictable environments. Don't we all?
- Toddlers predict behavior as well as adults. (Some I know predict even better than adults.)
- Babies recognize faces better than adults.
- Babies are born with "core knowledge". That is, they are not stupid lumps of cells and interstitial fluid at birth.
