Duke (non) Rape Accuser Uncooperative With New Prosecutors

Shocking. I wonder if Mike Nifong will be glad he threw away his career on this woman?

Why isn't this case dismissed? At least defense attorneys seem satisfied. That's something.

    I guess a dis-barred DA will have to serve as justice for the falsely accused players. What an unnecessary and unfortunate situation all the way around...
