Terrorist Bus Drivers

I absolutely love stories like this:
Members of extremist groups have signed up as school bus drivers in the United States, counterterror officials said Friday, in a cautionary bulletin to police. An FBI spokesman said "parents and children have nothing to fear."
Is this a warning or not?

    When the schoolbus full or your kids deliberately goes off a bridge and into the river to the cry of "ALLAHU AKBAR!", just smile and repeat what the FBI spokesman said:

    "Parents and children have nothing to fear."
