I've been complaining recently about bad customer service experiences, most recently AT&T. Which, I must say, got resolved adequately, ultimately, for the moment. The tech guy who came over was great and I asked for his personal phone number. He declined to give it to me. I don't think I was the first person to ask.
Anyway, a friend sent me a link to Get Human which has the way to actually talk to a person when calling customer service. Hope this helps.
