This is an interesting report. This subject was again discussed in a meeting, and it cannot be over emphasized that "effective intelligence collection" must be top priority. The United States repeatedly falls short in this area at a level of 190...(you know what I mean by that.) It is scary to think what might still be in store with intelligence services that seem to stay in that realm. The 9/11 ordeal seems to have been just the beginning for what might still be in store for this country. We can only pray that our intelligence services will rise to the occasion.
