Blogger Problems

I'm having problems with my Template here in Blogger land. More than a little irritated that changes would work. Don't know enough to know that I'm not at fault for what is going on, but it seems that the internal workings of Bloggers page is at fault. Who knows. Anyway, my page looks different due to this.
