Wal-Mart Offering More Organic Food

Wal-Mart will add more organic. Hmmmm..... Some will fret about the commercialization of organic food--the antithesis of everything it is supposed to be.

My hope is that with bigger grocers supporting Organic cooperatives, that more farmers will be encouraged to go organic. With enough support, maybe farming in America could abandon herbicides and pesticides and all sorts of chemicals, treat the land right and restore some of the nutrition to our food. That's my hope anyway.
