Happy Birthday President Bush

Sixty looks good on you! I like the man. He is a good man. A decent man. A man's man. As The Anchoress says (and I paraphrase) he is exactly the same man today as the man we elected. The exact same man. He is sixty today. He is healthy. He has a nice family who loves him. And while he is the most powerful man in the world, he wears it like a regular guy.

Go read what Anchoress has to say about him. She reminded me not to get taken away by the extreme right or left. I do believe we will look back on Mr. Bush's tenure and marvel at how good we have it. We sure can be an ungrateful lot. Today, I thank the President for doing his best.
