DNA-Powered Computer Never Loses

It never loses at Tic-Tac-Toe. Me wonders whose DNA is powering the computer. I know, I'm missing the point. It's cool new technology and all. But really. Is Einstein powering the computer, a monkey? Does it matter?

The computer is slower, but could have many uses.
