Just think, they had some committee of GS-whatevers pulling down five-figure salaries to figure this out.
I wish I'd become a government bureaucrat -- total job security, early retirement on full salary pension plus free medical care for life -- instead of being stupid enough to grow up and be responsible. It even beats being a welfare bum or trust-fund kiddie.
whatever advice is given by government people won't stop using drugs.but if people like to come out problem like this there is more rehab programs available.
