David Cook Wins Idol--UPDATED

Some people, including myself, got my wish tonight. I think the right man won. He's going to follow in Carrie Underwood's footsteps and have a spectacular career. I look forward to what he comes up with. Some years, there seems to be no justice. But this year, it all seemed right.
And the real winner is George Michael. Wow.
A couple contestents are going to have kick ass careers even though they lost: David Archuleta, of course, Brooke White and that Australian dude.
Ann Althouse calls him "pretty damn cool". Amen to that.
UPDATE: Sister Honey Bunch says, "My boyfriend won." I was waiting for her post. Yay for sister!

David Cook needs to make babies and I have just the uterus for him.
The George vid you posted is awesome but he didn't sound that good last night. I was sad. I love him.
