Dr. Helen's Attention Gave My Blog A Heart Attack

It occured to me that my Sitemeter chart looked like a visual Myocardial Infarction creatine spike and all.

My frustration during all the visits, thank you again Dr. Helen, is that my blog got attacked and most of my readers couldn't get to my site. For the four days of her charity, I couldn't write!

My goal, then, is to get these numbers back up there.

My husband's goal is to get me to stop blogging. He thinks it's worthless.

What do you think?

It's a matter of perspective, I suppose. My husband thinks it's a waste of time to read blogs. I click on to about 3-4 blogs a day and the time it takes is minimal. I stay a lot more informed this way and gain a number of different persecptives which helpes form my own opinion. I feel bad for you since other blogs get comments all the time. Yours for some reason does not...not very much anyway. But, I am sure it took them a while too.

Only you know what your goal is in doing this.

your blog keeps me informed and I appreciate all of your hard work bringing the news to my attention. I don't know how you do it with a family.

I enjoy reading your blog. It gives me a broader perspective of what's going on in the world. I don't bother watching the news on TV, too cheap to spring for the daily paper, and my on-line news choices aren't my favorites and are very limited in what they choose to cover. I appreciate it...hope Mr. Dr. gets used to it. :)
