I know. Shocking. The radio news people have been very urgent in conveying their concern for everyone: Drink water! Avoid exercising at high noon!
Whatever would I do without them?

I took the kids to play miniature gulf the other day and even though it was mid-morning, it was already soooooo incredibly hot. It tends to take the fun out of things when everyone gets drenched with sweat.
I'm having a hard time getting my kids to drink plenty of water. Any suggestions?
